Our Story ✿
Soul Spring Pilates was created by co-founders Serene and Melissa with a shared vision: to build a space where people can move with intention and feel supported.
Inspired by the feeling of stepping into a peaceful garden, our studio has been thoughtfully designed. From the moment you walk through the door, we want you to feel as though you’ve entered a calm sanctuary away from the noise of everyday life.
Serene brings a strong clinical foundation to the studio as a qualified physiotherapist. Her background allows an approach to Pilates with a deeper understanding of the body and movement patterns. This physiotherapy-informed perspective helps ensure classes focus not only on strength and flexibility but also on safe, effective movement that supports long-term wellbeing.
Melissa has always been passionate about creating meaningful experiences through movement and community. Soul Spring was built from that passion, with the goal of creating a warm and supportive space where everyone feels comfortable walking through the door, whether it is their first class or their hundredth.
Together, Soul Spring was designed to blend mindful movement with a supportive community. Our classes are designed to support you at every stage of your journey and our classes focus on mindful movement, strong foundations while creating a supportive environment where every member feels comfortable and encouraged.
Soul Spring Pilates is more than just a studio. It is a community space where you can move, recharge and leave feeling stronger, calmer, and refreshed.
